We decided that Isabel is old enough for her exersaucer so Josh put it together this weekend. We were surprised at how much she liked it right away. She can already make the toys spin and light up and there are plenty of things to get in her mouth. What more could she want?

Isabel had some special visitors this weekend. Her Aunt Sandra and Aunt Dana finally got to meet her!! We did some shopping and eating but spent most of the time just watching and playing with Isabel. She loved playing with them and showing off her new tricks.
She loved playing with Dana's bracelet

Isabel's first Beach Trip

We took Izzy to the beach and had so much fun! All of her grandparents came too so she got so much attention all week!! She wasn't sure about the ocean and sand but loved splashing in the pool. Sorry for all of the pictures but it is impossible to just pick one or two.
Her daddy dressed her with ther bathing suite on backwards. She didn't really care.

Don't you love this pose!

Apparently she would rather eat the towel that pose for another picture

Baby Dedication

We dedicated Isabel at our church on Father's Day! It was so neat that her papa got to do the dedication. She didn't have a nap that morning but was happy while we were standing in front of the church so we were relieved!!

My mom and I bought Isabel a hat today to wear when we go to the beach. As you can tell from the pictures, I'm not sure Isabel is loving her new hat. I think it may be a little big for her but it looks pretty cute anyway!

Four Months!

It is hard to believe Isabel is 4 months old! She is getting so big and is so much fun. Although she still loves her hands the most, she is starting to play with other toys too. She also loves to stand up all the time and laughs out loud at funny things we do. She is also sleeping better. She is sleeping in her crib in her room and will now fall asleep on her own!! At her 4 month check up, she weighed 13 pounds and 13 ounces and was 25.5 inches long. The doctor said she is doing well!
